Renew Yoga
Take some time just for you.
Come experience what Renew YOGA can do for you. Utilizing breathing practices, meditation, gentle movement and guided relaxation, you will be mindfully led through a yoga practice that will help release tension, tightness, and stress. The teaching style is compassionate and peace-centered. You will leave these classes with a sense of self-awareness, calmness and peace; the perfect way to unwind, relax, and feel restored.
About Your Instructor
Shelli Carpenter, LPCA, holds an M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College, an M.A in Traditions in Yoga and Meditation from SOAS University of London, UK, an MA and a B.A. in Humanities with a minor in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
Shelli is a Certified Yoga Teacher (500 hr +) and Yoga Teacher Trainer. In addition to her work as a mental health counselor, Shelli has been teaching yoga classes, holistic workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings for the past 20 years. Her classes practice focus on self-development and yoga philosophy. Shelli is looking forward to sharing these practices with you.
