I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). I have experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, children, and families within the school setting. Services provided include individual counseling for all ages who experience trauma, life transition, suicidal ideation, stress, school issues, peer relationships, and grief. I work from a trauma-informed lens and tailor the therapy session based on each client's preferences and needs. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness, Strength-Based and other practices as appropriate.
