I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for the past 5 years.  Most of my clinical experience is working in school settings with adolescents and families.  I am focusing my private practice work in seeing adolescents and help ing adults navigate struggles with depression, anxiety and all other things we have to adjust to in life.   I use a broad range of therapeutic approaches including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Supportive Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy.

I have experience helping individuals better manage anxiety, depression, bipolar, BPD, dissociative disorders, oppositional defiant disorder,  attention deficit disorder, PTSD and substance abuse.
